If we handle an assignment for a company, our consultants will not approach any potential candidate for other jobs from within that company for a period of time. Our consultants have undertaken to handle information obtained through assignments with the utmost discretion, and will not discuss clients with third parties.
While negotiation in business is normal, we believe that those who deal with us deserve fair terms of engagement, and we never seek to take undue advantage in terms of either deliverables or dollars.
We also do our best to attract and hire employees who are different, service-minded, with high ethical standards and integrity, as well as believing in long term stay with the companies we introduce them to.
